Meet Mark, the founder, owner, and operator behind  RadiantResin Coatings Inc. Mark's journey is one of resilience and determination, forged in the fire of adversity. Growing up, he faced numerous challenges that tested his resolve, but he never wavered. Instead, he drew strength from those struggles, cultivating an unbreakable work ethic and a strong character that guides him to this day.

At the core of Mark's being are four unshakeable values: truth, integrity, passion, and commitment. These principles have been his North Star, illuminating a path that has led him to build a business that showcases his unwavering dedication and unrelenting drive.

Mark's story is one of triumph over hardship, a testament to the power of perseverance and the human spirit. His mind is like a rock, unshakeable and resolute. He has faced struggles head-on, and his experiences have tempered him into a leader who embodies the values he holds dear.

 Brenden brings his hard working, focused, and reliable approach to every task he encounters. He thinks through his approach ahead of time, every time. He comes ready to work and prepared to deliver his best. 

Brenden has a wide array of skills across most areas of residential and commercial construction and his primary areas of expertise are in Heavy Equipment Operation, Epoxy Coatings and Painting / Drywall Finishing.

Brenden is also a highly accomplished athlete and musician, with a remarkable track record in both karate and fast ball. As a black belt karate practitioner, he has achieved great success in both kata and kumite, having won gold and silver medals in national and provincial competitions. His dedication and hard work have earned him a reputation as a fierce competitor, with a mastery of technique and a deep understanding of the art of karate.

In the world of fast ball, Brenden is known as a talented pitcher who has played at a high level for many different teams. He has competed in numerous tournaments throughout his career, showcasing his skill and athleticism on the field. His ability to consistently deliver pitches with speed and accuracy has made him a valuable asset to any team lucky enough to have him.

Aside from his athletic pursuits, Brenden is also an accomplished musician who began studying piano at the age of four. Over the course of 17 years, achieved the impressive milestone of reaching Royal Conservatory level grade 9. His dedication to music and his ability to excel in both physical and mental pursuits is a testament to his character and drive.

Currently active today, Brenden continues to push himself to new heights, always striving to improve and achieve even greater success with his working life and both karate and music. His impressive accomplishments and unwavering dedication are an inspiration to all who know him, and a true testament to the power of hard work and perseverance.
